Abstract
This paper attempts to answer the questions (i) whether people in SEGi University College (SEGi UC) share or do not share their job knowledge, and ii) what is the effect of sharing or non-sharing towards the development of human capital in SEGi UC. Possible reasons why people in an organization choose to share or not to share their job knowledge management are given as well as the effect of their choice towards human capital development.
